here’s how it works
We set up farmer's market style at your pickup location and you arrive during the pickup window to pack your share. An Owl's Nest Farmer is present to provide instructions, answer questions, and swap recipes. Interested in our Market CSA? Learn more here.
Choose full share or half share.
Full share
Full shareholders pick up every week. Each share includes 7-10 produce items and for 2-5 of the items, you'll usually have a choice.
Full shares are a great choice for larger families and for folks who want to get the most veggies for their money.
See sample shares from previous seasons here.
half share
Half shareholders pick up every other week. The share size is the same - half shareholders just pick up less often.
It's a great choice for folks who are trying a CSA for the first time and folks who travel on a regular basis.

Opt to add a monthly fruit share from Kuhn Orchards.
With our solidarity add-on, experience a new food and farming product created by local producers who are people of color, women, and/or non-binary. More here.
Consider our sliding SCALE
We want the food we grow to be enjoyed by all kinds of people. Local, organic food is often only affordable and accessible for people with wealth and privilege.
So for us, a sliding scale is a tool for building economic justice that invites our CSA members to consider their relationship to class, income, and privilege when paying for their membership.
We offer a managed sliding scale with three options for CSA shares:
Market rate CSA shares
Lower-income/wealth option: 20% less than market rate
Higher income/wealth option: 20% above market rate
You can choose which price you pay for your CSA in 2024. Read more here.
donate to our food access fund
Since 2019, we’ve been working to share more of our produce with folks who couldn’t otherwise afford it.
Consider contributing along with your CSA purchase! Donations are totally optional, but not currently tax deductible.
