"For 5 years, we have been lucky to have food from Owls Nest Farm on our table. Whether we are sharing that food with our community or having a cozy night in, it means so much to us that the food is grown locally by farmers who share our values.

Living in a world obsessed with consumerism, it is easy to put your head down and not think about where our food comes from.

We love being challenged to think of new meals based on what has been growing at the farm. Some of our favorites are a kale fennel soup from the Zaitoun cookbook and a last minute "bowl" with whatever we had left from the share at the end of the week.

On top of all of this, some of our fondest memories are harvesting garlic and eating all of the other delicious meals other shareholders bring to events at the farm. We love being a part of this community and hope that you will join.
